CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you cancel your order before 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, the 80% amount will be refunded.
• If You Cancel your order before 6 hours to 24 hours from the time of Decoration Delivery, a 50% amount will be refunded.
• Less than 6 hours before the time of Decoration Delivery: No Refund on Cancellation.
• No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentine’s Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
• In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.

Important To Know :-

* The pictures have shown here s indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
* The time you select is the Completion Time (the time by which you want the decorations to be completed).
* Your Personal Details will be taken to process your order.
* You have to provide a stool or Ladder to the Decorator to place Balloons on the ceiling.
* If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted
* Please note some add-ons might not be available for same-day bookings.

Instructions:-

• The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we don’t use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over.
• In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
